How we handle your data

This page describes what happens to the data you give us on this site. It is written to be read, not to be ticked off.

Who processes it

Kanzlereco House, Lda
Rua Cidade de Vila Nova de Famalicão 343, Lote 4, 4760-482 Esmeriz, Portugal
Company and tax number 519066286
Contact: info@kanzler.house

What we collect, and nothing more

The contact form asks for: name, email, phone, where you live now, where you want to build, whether you have the land, whether you already have approved plans, when you intend to build, and the languages you speak. The notes field is optional and free — write whatever you want there.

We collect nothing else through the form. Fonts are served by us, so your browser does not contact third-party servers to load them.

Analytics and advertising cookies. Since 18/09/2026 the site uses Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. None of them starts without your permission: they load switched off and only begin working if you press Accept in the notice. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and nothing is written to your device for these purposes. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Proposals. If we send you a personal proposal on its own link, the page records when it was opened and which sections you looked at, so we know what to talk about. This runs on our own server, with no third-party cookies, no IP address and no browser fingerprint.

Why, and on what basis

The data is used to book the visit, prepare the conversation and reply to you. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. It is not consent: that is why there is no box to tick, and also why there is no consent to withdraw — but you can object to the processing and ask for erasure, as set out below.

Who else sees it

Four providers, each with one role:

None of them uses your data for their own purposes. monday.com and Google process data outside the EU; those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. [TO CONFIRM: signed data processing agreements with monday.com and Google.]

How long we keep it

If sending to the CRM fails, the request sits in a protected queue on the website server and is deleted after 30 days.

In the CRM, the card stays while there is a commercial relationship or a legitimate interest in getting back in touch. [TO CONFIRM: CRM retention period.]

What you can demand

Access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a copy in an open format, and objection to processing. Write to info@kanzler.house and we answer within 30 days.

If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD. We would rather you spoke to us first.

If this ever changes

This page says what changed and from when. The last change was on 18/09/2026, when we started using analytics and advertising — with exactly the consent request this page promised.

Updated 2026-09-18. If anything changes, this date changes with it.
